JOE WILLARD EDWARDS, 36, of Graham, TX died on
Oct. 22, 1981, with burial in the Pioneer Cemetery
at Graham. He was born on Oct. 28, 1924 in Ranger,
TX to William T. and Emma Russell Edwards. Joe
attended Ranger High School in the Class of 1943
and in 1945 married Ollie Beatrice Stevens but
later divorced. They had five children. His son,
Joe W. Edwards Jr. (RHS-1965) died in 2021. His
siblings were Hazel Edwards, Doyce Edwards, Margie
Edwards, Russell Edwards (RHS-1950), and Patsy Sue
Edwards (RHS-1951).
