LAURA NELL WIESEN FORBES, 89, passed away
June 30, 2016, in Bedford, TX, with interment at
Mount Olivet Cemetery.
Laura was born Dec. 11, 1926, in Ranger, TX to Joe
F. & Ollie Simmons Wiesen. She attended Ranger High
School in the Class of 1945. Her siblings were
Helen Wiesen Donowho (RHS-1938), Robert Wiesen
(RHS-1941), Fred Wiesen, Edward Wiesen (RHS-1946),
& Homer Wiesen(RHS-1937). Forbes was her married
name.
Survivors: Son, Mike Forbes and wife, Rhonda, of
San Antonio; grandchildren, Mischell Forbes of San
Antonio, Bronwyn Moench of Corpus Christi & Magan
Brownlee of Houston; & great-grandchildren, Werner
and Ainslee Moench, and Connor Brownlee.
