DONALD RAY WELLS, 59, was born in Ranger, TX on
Oct. 12, 1936, the son of Opal Allie Dempsey & Rudy Lee
Wells. He was in the Ranger High School Class of 1955
and died on March 15, 1996. He had two brothers, Jimmy
Wells (RHS-1959) & Johnny Wells (RHS-1963), & a sister,
Betty Swinney (RHS-1956).
MOTHER: OPAL ALLIE DEMPSEY WELLS, 79, died in
1999, with interment in Bullock Cemetery near Ranger. She
was a lifelong Ranger, TX resident. She was a homemaker.
Her husband was Rudy Wells & they had three son; Donald
Ray Wells (RHS-1955), Jimmy Wells (RHS-1959), and Johnny
Wells (RHS-1963); one daughter, Betty Fletcher (RHS-1956).
