CHARLES MATT "RED" VEALE, 63, died Oct. 20,
2004 in Weatherford, TX, with burial in Mt. Zion
Cemetery near Ranger, TX.
Red was born on Jan. 9, 1941 in Gorman, TX, to Charlie
and Katherine (Fisher) Veale. He married Loresta Love
(RHS-1963) in June of 1963 in Ranger, TX. He was a
member of New Hope Baptist Church. Red was a retired
farmer and fur buyer. He was a member of Young Farmers
of America and Hunter and Trappers Association.
He is survived by his wife Loresta Veale of Ranger,
children Charla Veale Henson (RHS-1985) and husband
Robert of Olden, TX, Johna Veale Roof (RHS-1986) and
husband Ocie of Weatherford, OK, Keith Veale (RHS-1989)
& wife Tammy of Eastland, TX, sister Nancy Veale Martinez
(RHS-1966) of Keller, TX, grandchildren Jacob and Heather
Henson, Kacie Roof and Josh, Tristan, and Bryce Arnett.
Several nieces & nephews.
