ADA JUNE "HONEY" SHARP BERRY, 79, of Cashion,
OK, passed away on Oct. 22, 2019 while surrounded
by her family, with burial at the Tin Top Cemetery
in Parker County.
June was born to Elmer and Ada Sharp on June 13,
1940 in Dublin, TX and was the youngest of seven
children until her father remarried and was one
of fourteen children. She attended Ranger High
School in the Class of 1959 for a short time at
Ranger, TX and first Eddie Kincaid in 1957. They
lived in Whitt, TX where she was a homemaker and
stayed home raising her children. In 1986, June
was introduced to the love of her life, Nathan
"Peck" Berry, they were married until he passed
away in 1996.
June loved to fish, garden, travel, and most
importantly loved her family. She was known to
family as "Honey" and was always the one to keep
her family together and always had a smile on
her face while doing it. In 2009 June moved to
Cashion, OK to be closer to two of her daughters.
She is survived by her children, Kay Heaton and
husband Mike of Cashion, Glenda Sharp & husband
Jimmy of Peaster, Eddie John Kincaid of Whitt,
Jackie Bailey & husband Cecil of Cashion, grand-
children, DeAnn, Katie, Sara, Glenn, Bubba, John
Vance, Matthew, Natasha, Joah, and Nathan, 10
great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
Her siblings were Johnny Lee Sharp, William O.
Sharp, Wayne Sharp, Timothy Sharp, and Elmer J.
Sharp (RHS-1967), all are deceased.
