RUBY MAE EDWARDS BALERO, 76, of Belton,
TX died Jan. 25, 2017, with burial in the Merriman
Cemetery near Ranger, TX.
She was born on Aug. 26, 1940 in Brady, TX to Larry
& Claudine Dunson Edwards. Ruby attended Ranger High
School in the Class of 1960 for a short time and
married Billy Highsmith (RHS-1951) who died in 1996.
She later married Charles J. Rice but divorced. In
2002, she married Raymond S. Balero. Her brother was
Claude D. Edwards (RHS-1961/62).
