VICKI LYNN PARKER FULFER, 62, a native Austinite
and a very special lady to all went home to our
Lord on October 18, 2011. She attended Ranger
High School in the Class of 1968 in Ranger, TX.
Born on Oct. 16, 1949 in Austin, TX, she moved
with her family with her father coaching high
school football to Dripping Springs, San
Antonio, Ingleside, Ranger, Alice, Killeen,
Texas until moving back and making her home in
Austin, TX, in 1968 to attend UT Austin. She
loved her "Horns"! She was the second oldest
child of three children, 1 brother, and 1 sister.
in June of 1976, Vicki married Charles Alan
Fulfer and this began their life together. Vicki
had a career at the Austin Public Library for 25
years and a passion and love for reading.
Vicki is survived by her son, Chance Andrew Fulfer
of Austin, TX; her mother, Bertha Mae Franzetti
Parker of Denison, TX; her brother, John "Bubba"
(RHS-1967) and wife, Becky; her sister, Terri,
and husband, Dale Bolin; and brother-in-law, Tim
Fulfer and wife, Jeana; her nieces: Rachel,
Courtney, Erin, and Meredith; her nephews: Stengel
and Dustin; her great nephews/niece: Pierce, Parker,
Hudson, Ella, Blake, and Keegan (grandson at heart);
and many other family members and friends who love
her. Vicki was preceded in death by her husband,
Charles Alan Fulfer, and father, Lawrence "Ace"
Parker.
