ERIC THOMAS LANG, 41, of Mesquite, TX, passed
away on Jan. 24, 2012.
He was born at Fort Gordon, GA, on Feb. 8, 1970
to Stephen "Chip" (RHS-1965/Faculty) and Wynell
(Keesee) Lang while Stephen was in the army. He
graduated from Ranger High School in the Class
of 1988 at Ranger, TX, attended Ranger College,
Tarleton State University, & Texas A&M University
at Commerce. He was a Network Technician for AT&T.
Preceded in death by his grandparents; Thomas and
Bertha Lang, and Norvel and Gladys Keesee; and his
brother Christopher Lang (RHS-1995); father-in-law,
James Vrzak.
At the time of his death, he is survived by his wife
of 10 years, Pamela Lang; daughter, Aspen Lang; parents,
Wynell & Chip Lang of Ranger, TX; sister, Allyson
Lang (RHS-1997) & Lanna Wall of Stephenville; nephews,
Dante and Gabe Flores; mother-in-law, Millie Galligan
(Dewey); brother-in-law, Marv Vrzak (Linda); sisters-
in-law, Darla Rogers, Marla Green (Tom), Dorma Rusbult,
Patty Maguire (Tom); numerous nieces, nephews, and

GRANDMOTHER: BERTHA FRANCIS LANG, 90,
died Jan. 19, 2001, with burial in Evergreen Cemetery
at Ranger, TX.
She was born in Thurber and married Thomas G. Lang in
Eastland. He preceded her in death. She was a member
of the First Baptist Church.
Survivors at the time of her death include a son, Stephen
"Chip" Lang (RHS-1965) of Ranger; a brother, James Allen
Arrendale of Dallas; three grandchildren; two great-grand-
children; and several nieces and nephews. Chris Lang
(RHS-1995) & Eric Lang (RHS-1988) were her grandsons. Her
granddaughter was Allyson Lang (RHS-1997).
