TIFFANY LOLA "T.LO" LOWE, 22, died on Jan. 10, 2013.
She was struck on Interstate Highway 20 by a vehicle
while assisting a stranded motorist on Ranger Hill
in Eastland County, TX.
Tiffany was born on Oct. 8, 1990 in Sterling, KA.
She was a fun loving, wonderful, & caring, daughter/
friend and mother. She was a former student of
Ranger High School in the Class of 2010 at Ranger,
TX, participating in volleyball, basketball, and
softball. She was engaged to be married in June,
& was interested in pursuing a career in phlebotomy,
or cosmetology once her son reached a year of age.
She was an amazing caregiver at AHS American
Habilitation Services in Eastland, TX specializing
in the mentally handicapped, and in later months,
a stay at home mom.
At the time of her death, Tiffany was succeeded by
her son, and greatest treasure, 9 month old Sutton
Von Robinson. Mother: Vicki Histed, Fiancé: Taylor
Von Robinson, stepfather: Jimmy Wilson, father:
Leeroy Lowe, and sisters: Salarina, Shawntana (RHS-
2005), LeeAnna (RHS-2006), and Angela (RHS-2006).
Grandparents: Rose Histed, Levi and Ethel Lowe,
Clarence and Sally Burke. Brothers: Christopher
Perrin, Christopher Smithson, Chance Wilson (RHS-
2004) and Stacey Breneman. Uncles: Bob Histed, and
Fred Histed. In-Laws: Kent and Kim Garland. Also
left behind are her nieces and nephews, Madison
Page Perrin, Devin Perrin, C.J. Smithson, Amanda
Riffle, and Landon Riffle.
