Fifteen Minute Chicken and Rice

4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 1/2 cup water
1 can cream of chicken soup or mushroom or celery
1/8 tsp paprika and pepper
1 1/2 cups minute rice
2 cups thawed or fresh broccoli flowerets (or any other frozen vegie you have)

Throw chicken in fry pan (with a little oil), Cook each side 4 minutes or until cooked through. Remove chicken. Add water and soup and seasonings to pan. Bring to boil. Stir in rice and broccoli. Top with chicken, cover and cook on low for 5 minutes.
