Onion Lover's Bread

1 1/3 Cups Water
1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
4 Cups Bread Flour
1 1/2 Tablespoons Sugar
1 3/4 Teaspoons Onion Salt
1 3/4 Teaspoons Bread Machine Yeast
1 Can (2.8 ounces) French-Fried Onions

Measure Carefully, placing all ingredients EXCEPT the onions in the bread pan in the order listed by manufacturer.

Select the Basic/White cycle. Use medium or light color crust. Do not use delay cycle.

Add onions at the beep cycle or 5 minutes before the last kneading cycle ends.

Remove baked bread from pan and cool on wire rack.

Yield: 2 pound loaf
