Pepperoni Pizza Bread
1 1/2 Cups Water
4 Cups Bread Flour
1/2 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 Tablespoons Sugar
2 Teaspoons Garlic Salt
2 Teaspoons Dried Oregano leaves
1 3/4 Teaspoons Bread Machine Yeast
1 Cup Sliced Pepperoni
Measure carefully, placing all ingredients except pepperoni in bread pan according to the order in manufacturer directions. ADD pepperoni at the beep or 5-10 minutes before last kneading cycle ends.
Select Basic/White cycle. Use medium or light crust color. DO NOT use delay cycles.
Cook's notes: This is great for dipping in sauce, melting cheese over or making pizza sandwiches. This is my DH's favorite recipe.
Yield: 2 pound loaf
