White Bread
1/4 cup Milk
1/2 cup Water
7 tablespoons Butter
3 Eggs
1 1/2 tablespoon Salt
1/4 cup Sugar
3 cups Bread Flour
1 tablespoon Yeast
Put in machine according to manufactor's directions.
Yield: 2 lb loaf
Cook's note: This one is really good, but falls apart.
