Apple Crisp

5 cups sliced, peeled apples
2-4 Tbsp sugar
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp nutmeg, ginger or cinnamon
1/4 cup margarine or butter

Place fruit in 8 x 1 1/2 inch round baking dish. Stir in sugar.

For topping, in a mixing bowl combine oats, brown sugar, flour and nutmeg, ginger or cinnamon. Add margarine till mixture resembles course crumbs. Sprinkle topping over fruit filling.

Bake at 375° for 30-35 min. Serve with ice cream.
