Baked Beans
1 can white cannelini beans
1 can red kidney beans
1 can black beans
8 oz can tomato sauce or ketchup
3/4 cup maple syrup
2 Tbsp vingegar
2 Tbsp dijion mustard
1 tsp ginger
pepper
Rinse and drain beans. Place in crockpot. Add remaining ingredients. Stir. Cook
for approximately 1 1/2 hours on high. If desired, bacan can be added, being sure
to add additional cooking time.
Cook's note: These are the type of beans I use, but you can certainly use just one
variety if you prefer.
