Savory BBQ Salmon

4 - 6oz salmon fillets
2 Tbsp horseradish
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp oyster sauce
2 Tbsp chili sauce
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1/4 cup dry white whine

Place salmon filets in shallow baking dish; Combine remaining ingredients and pour over fish. Cover and refrigerate over night.

Remove fillets from marinade and place on hot greased bbq grill, flesh side down; turn once and cook until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.

Cook's Note: Fish may also be baked in a 450° oven for about 10 minutes per inch of thickness.
