Blueberry Crumb Pie
1 to 1 1/2 cups sugar (depending on sweetness of berries)
1/3 cup flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon (I use a full tsp.)
4 cups fresh berries
PIE CRUMBS
Sift together:
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup flour
Cut in 1/3 cup butter until crumbs form.
Heat oven to 425°. Mix sugar, flour and cinnamon. Mix
lightly through berries. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Cover with crumb topping. Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until
crust and topping is nicely browned and juice begins to
bubble up through crumbs. Serve slightly warm, but not
hot.
