Bourbon Balls
6 oz chocolate bits
1/2 cup sugar
3 Tbsp corn syrup
1/3 cup bourbon
7 1/4 oz vanilla wafers, crushed
1 cup chopped walnuts
sugar
Melt chocolate. Stir in sugar and syrup. Blend in bourbon. Combine nuts and crumbs. Shape quickly into 1" balls and roll in sugar. Store in air tight container. Let stand several days.
