Brickle Crunch Cookies

1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 bag heath brickle
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Cream butter, add sugar, egg, and vanilla. Mix until smooth and creamy. Stir in dry ingredients. Blend in brickle and nuts. Bake 12-15 minutes @350°F. Remove from sheet to cool.

Yield: 3 dozen
