Butterscotch Confetti Squares
1 bag butterscotch chips
1/2 cup butter
2/3 cup peanut butter
1 package colored mini marshmallows
Melt chips and butter over low heat. Add peanut butter and half of the marshmallows. Let cool slightly then add the rest of the marshmallows. Refrigerate and cut into squares when set. These freeze well and look very pretty on a plate of 'goodies'.
CHOCOLATE VARIATION
1 bag chocolate chips
1/2 cup butter
2/3 cup peanut butter
1 package miniature marshmallows
