Cajun Chicken Strips
2 Tbl flour
2 tsp sage
1 1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
2 Tbl margarine
Mix first six ingredients in large ziploc bag. Place chicken strips in bag, half at a time and shake to coat. Cook in a large skillet in melted margarine for about 8-10 minutes or until juices run clear.
