Can-Opener Chili

2 cans stewed tomatoes (chopped)
2 cans black beans
2 cans pork-n-beans (discard fat pieces)
2 cans kidney beans
1 medium onion
3/4 cup thick BBQ sauce
2 Tbsp yellow mustard
2 Tbsp Mrs. Dash
2 Tbsp chili powder
2 Tbsp ground cumin
3 cloves of garlic

Directions Combine all of the ingredients in a large crock-pot in the morning, stir and let simmer on low heat all day. This recipe can also be cooked on the stove for 20 minutes or until heated.
