Crunchy Caramel Cups

20 small paper candy cups
10 caramels, cut into quarters
1 Cup chocolate chips or 1 white baking bar broken into pieces
1/4 Cup crisp rice cereal

Place candy cups on a baking sheet. Place 2 pieces caramel in each candy cup. Set aside. Place chocolate chips in small mixing bowl. Microwave at 50% for 3 1/2 - 4 1/2 min or until chocolate is glossy and can be stirred smooth.

Spoon chocolate evenly over carmels, filling candy cups. Sprinkle rice cereal over it. Let stand until set.

And using the same general recipe you can use raisins on the bottem, then chocolate, then pecan halves on top.
