Carrot Cake III

1/2 cup oil
2 cups sugar
3 whole eggs
2 cups grated carrot
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
2 1/2 cups flour
1 cup nuts
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinammon
1 tsp vanilla

Cream oil, sugar and eggs. Add pineapple and carrots, mix well. Add sifted dry ingredients, nuts and vanilla. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes in a greased 9 X 13 pan.

Frost with your favorite cream cheese frosting.
