Cheesy Fries
Bag of frozen fries
shredded chedder cheese
1/2 lb. of bacon
sour cream
chives or green onion
Fry 1/2 pound of bacon, set aside on paper towel to drain grease.
Deep fry, or bake, regular cut frozen fries as directed.
While fries are warm dish them out onto individual plates and sprinkle with shredded chedder
cheese. If cheese does not melt place in the microwave for a few seconds...just to melt the cheese.
Crumble desired amount of bacon onto the cheesy fries.
Sprinkle lightly with chives or bits of green onion (or both if you're so inclined).
Serve with a dab of sour cream on top or on the side.
