CrockPot Chicken with Apple Pecan Stuffing

2 Granny Smith apples -- chopped
1 cup onion -- chopped
1/3 cup raisins
3 Tablespoons pecans -- chopped
1 8 ounce package cornbread stuffing mix
3/4 teaspoon sage
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup chicken broth
6 skinless chicken breast halves with bone

Place all ingredients, except chicken, into a large slow-cooker; stir to combine. Place chicken pieces on top. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours. Remove chicken carefully, using a spoon or apatula so that bones aren't left in the stuffing. Place on a plate and serve with stuffing.
