Chicken Lasagna
6 to 9 Lasagna Noodles
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup Finely Chopped onion
1 cup Finely Chopped olives (we leave this out)
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1/4 cup Miracle Whip
2 Tbsp Chopped Pimento (I leave that out too)
1/2 tsp garlic salt
4 cups Cubed, cooked Chicken
4 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Cook Lasagna noodles as directed on pkg. Combing reamining ingredients, except Cheddar cheese, in large sauce pan over medium heat until well blended. In a 9X13 inch pan, layer ingredients as follows. Chicken, noodles, chicken, cheese, noodles, chicken and cheese. Bake at 350°, uncovered for 45 minutes.
Yield: 9-12 servings
