Chicken Stew Mexican Style
2 lb skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into 1 1/2" pieces
4 medium russet potatoes, peeled and cut very small
1 (15oz) can mild salsa
1 (4oz) can diced green chilies
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
1 (8oz) can tomato sauce
Mix all ingredients together in crockpot, cook 7-9 hours on low. Serve with flour tortillas.
Cook's Notes: I use 16 oz jar of roasted tomato salsa and about 30 minutes before serving I add a can of no-salt corn (drained)
