Chicken and Rice

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 small can mushrooms
1 stick of butter, melted
3/4 cup cooking sherry
1/2 packet Lipton Recipe Secrets Savory Herb with Garlic soup mix
3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
3-4 cups cooked rice

Combine first six ingredients in crockpot and stir together. Add raw chicken (you can leave them whole or cube them), and turn to cover with soup mixture. Cook on low several hours (?). About an hour before time to eat, add rice to crockpot. This'll keep the rice from getting mushy from cooking it too long.

Cook's Note: I like to fix this in the pressure cooker. Same instructions, but cooking time on the chicken is about 15 minutes. Then I run the cooker under cold water to release pressure, open and add rice, and cook for another 5-10 minutes. Or you can just serve the chicken mixture separate from the rice.
