Chicken Ala Yum

1.5 lbs of boneless, skinless, chicken breast, cubed and cooked
1 16oz. bag of mixed veggies
1 cube of butter or margarine (8 Tbs)
8 tablespoons of flour
4 teaspoons of chicken buillon or 4 cubes
4 cups of milk
egg noodles

Cook the chicken and set aside.
In a dutch oven, slowly melt the cube of butter on medium heat. Add the flour a bit at a time while stirring to make a roux. Add milk a bit at a time so there's no lumping. Add the buillon and maybe a dash of pepper. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. add the veggies and chicken after the sauce thickens. Serve over egg noodles.

Yield: about 8 servings
