Chocolate Chip-Coconut Bread
3/4 cup milk
2 Tbsp water
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 Tbsp butter /margerine
3 cups bread flour
2 Tbsp granulated sugar
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp active dry yeast
1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/3 cup toasted coconut
Select the loaf size and add ingredients to the machine
according to manufactures directions. Select
the basic white bread cycle.
Cook's Notes: Bread machine must have a 10 cup capacity;
This recipe never said to add the chocolate chips and
coconut at the beeper after the first kneeding, but I
did.
Yield: 1 1/2 lb loaf
