Hot Crab and Cheese Dip
1 pkg ( 8oz) softened cream cheese
3 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1/4 tsp prepared horseradish
dash of garlic powder
1 small can crabmeat, rinsed and drained
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
Combine cream cheese, milk, onion, horseradish and garlic powder. Fold in crabmeat. Spoon into lightly greased 2 cup baking dish. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve with crackers.
