Festive Cranberry Crunch Bark (Pampered Chef)
1 package (1 pound 8 ounces) vanilla flavored almond bark
2 cups coarsely chopped pretzel sticks
1 1/2 cups dried cranberries (Craisins)
Line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper, making sure 6 inches of paper hangs over edges. Melt bark in microwave safe dish at 50% for 3-4 minutes, or until smooth, stirring after 1 minute. Stir pretzels and cranberries into mixture. Spread into pan. Chill for 20 minutes. Bring edges of paper up over bark and break into chunks.
