Crock Pot Curry Chicken
1 lb (450g) Chicken breasts, skinned and boned
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1/4 Cup (1/2dL) Dry Sherry
2 Tbsp Butter or Margarine
2 Green Onions, finely chopped
1/2 tsp Curry Powder to taste
Salt to taste
Fresh Ground Black Pepper
Cut chicken into small pieces, and place in crock pot.
Add all remaining ingredients.
Cover and cook on high setting 2 1/2 to 4 hours.
Serve over hot rice.
