Cookie Cutter Sugar Cookies
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
3 cups flour
1/2 tsp each baking powder and soda
dash salt
1/2 lb margarine or butter
Beat eggs and sugar together, add vanilla. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well and chill. Roll out dough on floured board and cut out desired shapes. Bake at 375° for 6 - 8 minutes. Cool on racks.
