Double Cherry Cheescake
1 graham cracker pie crust
1 can cherry pie filling
1 8 oz. package cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
Pour 1/2 of cherry pie filling into crust and spread evenly. In medium
bowl, beat together cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla, salt
and eggs. Pour over pie filling. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 25-30
minutes, or until set and a knife inserted in cheesecake comes out
clean. Remove from oven and chill. Before serving, pour remaining
cherry pie filling over pie and garnish with whipped cream.
