one roll of refrigerator chocolate chip cookie dough
one 14 oz bag of carmels, unwrapped
2 Tbsp whipping cream
12 oz bag of chocolate chips
1 cup chopped nuts
Smush the cookie dough in a small baking sheet with sides
until it covers the bottom of the pan. Bake until the top
is just starting to brown. While the cookie dough is in
the oven, melt caramels with cream in a saucepan, stirring
often. When the cookie base comes out of the oven, top
immediately with chocolate chips, then pour melted
carmels over the top. Top with chopped nuts.
Cook's Notes: This recipe almost requires parchment paper - and I love the name! It's my most often requested recipe.
