Frijole Mole

4 garlic cloves, minced
1 medium onion, chopped
3 Tbsp pickled jalepenos, chopped
1/3 cup fresh oregano
2 lbs tomatoes, coarsley chopped
1/2 cup cider vinegar
2 cups corn
2 cups cooked black beans
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix ingredients and let marinate in the fridge for a few hours. Serve with chips.
