Fudge Truffle Cheesecake
Chocolate Crumb Crust (directions follow recipe)
3 - 8oz pkgs cream cheese, softened
1 - 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 300. Prepare Chocolate Crumb crust. In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk then remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour into pan.
Bake 1 hour and 5 minutes or until set. Cool. Chill. Garnish. Refrigerate leftovers.
Chocolate Crumb Crust
1 1/2 cup vanilla wafer crumbs (approx. 45 wafers)
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/3 cup margarine (or butter, if preferred), melted
Combine in bowl. Press into 9" springform pan.
