Garlic Chicken Pizza
1 cup milk -- cold
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
5 cloves garlic -- minced
1/4 cup green onion -- chopped
1 cup cooked chicken -- diced
1/4 cup green pepper -- chopped
1/4 cup mushroom -- sliced
1 cup mozzarella cheese -- grated
Make white sauce by combining milk and cornstarch in small saucepan. Add butter, garlic, boullion, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute or until thick. Let sauce cool while preparing crust. After sauce has cooled, spread on dough, sprinkle with chicken and vegetables, top with cheese and bake at 375° until bubbly and dough is done.
