Hungarian Goulash

1 1/2 lbs beef stew meat or round stk cut into 3/4 inch cubes
1 1/2 cups chopped onion
2 large garlic clove minced
2 Tbsp flour
1 tsp paprika
salt and pepper to taste
1 can of canned tomatoes with the liquid
2 tsp beef bouillon powder
1 tsp granulated sugar
1/2 - 1 cup sour cream

Combine first 7 ingedients in a slow cooker and stir well to coat beef and onion with flour

Stir tomato, boulillon powder and sugar together in bowl. Pour over beef mixture. Stir Cover and cook on low for about 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.

Spoon a few spoonfulls of juice into bowl and add sour cream. Stir well and pour back into the slow cooker. Stir before serving!
