Sweet & Spicy Meat & Potato Loaves

Sauce

1 can ( 8 oz) can jellied cranberry sauce
1/4 cup bbq sauce
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp dry mustard

Meat Loaves

1 lb extra lean ground beef
2 cups frozen shoestring hashbrowns
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
2 egg whites
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp ground sage or 1 tsp fresh chopped purple sage and 1 tsp fresh chopped marjoram

Heat oven to 400°.

In a small bowl, combine all sauce ingredients and beat with wire whisk until smooth.

In a large bowl, combine all meat loaf ingredients and 1/4 cup of the sauce mixture; mix well. Shape mixture into 6 oval loaves about 3/4 inch thick.

Place on a foil lined baking sheet and spoon about 1 tsp sauce over each loaf. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes. Spoon an additional tsp of sauce over each loaf. Bake for 15 more minutes. or until there is no longer pink in the center.

Serve with remaining sauce!
