Mexican Casserole

1 lb. hamburger
1 cup cooked white rice
1 can enchillada sauce
1 package block mexican velvetta cheese
1 can refried beans
1 bag Tortilla chips(crushed)
1 cup shredded mexican cheese

Brown hamburger; Drain grease. Add cooked white rice, enchillada sauce, shredded cheese, refried beans. Blend well and cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes. In a casserole dish cover the bottom with crushed chips, on top of that create a layer of the velvetta mexican cheese. Pour hamburger mixture over top of this. Then do another layer of crushed chips and cheese. Place cover on dish and bake at 375° for 20-23 minutes. If you want to add extra "heat" add a few dashes of tobassco sauce.
