Mexican Wedding Cakes

1 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup sifted powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
Powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 325°. Cream butter, then the 1/2 cup powdered sugar and vanilla. Stir in flour and pecans. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until lightly browned. Roll wqrm cookies in powdered sugar and cool on a wire rack.

Yield: 3 dozen
