Mudd and Snow Tire Cake
1 pkg. German chocolate cake
1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1 11 oz. jar caramel topping
1 8 oz. container cool whip
3 regular sized Heath bars, crushed
Bake cake as directed on package. Poke holes in it with a wooden spoon handle. Pour warm sweetened condensed milk over warm cake. Cool. Pour caramel topping over and spread evenly. Top with whipped topping and Heath bars.
