Oriental Marinade
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup dry sherry
2 cloves garlic, minced (sometimes I use garlic powder-1 tsp)
1 Tbsp dry mustard
1 tsp dried thyme, crushed
1 tsp ground ginger
This is great on pork chops. I let them marinate for a couple of hours. Then I baste them every 15
minutes while grilling for the best flavor.
