Peanut Butter Cookies
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
Roll into balls and mash them down and do the criss cross thing with them.
Bake in a 350° oven for 10 minutes. Recipe can be doubled. Might take a few minutes longer to bake. These are so easy and fast.
