Tracie's Peanut Butter Pie
1 8-oz. brick of softened cream cheese
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of peanut butter
a splash of vanilla
1 cup of whipped cream/cool whip
graham cracker crust
Mix cream cheese and sugar on medium speed until it is smooth. Add peanut butter and vanilla and beat again. Fold whipped cream/cool whip and pour the filling into graham cracker crust, then refrigerate.
Cook's note: It's really good, and sometimes I line the bottom of the crust with melted chocolate chips first.
