Peach Chicken

4-5 chicken breasts
1 can garbanzo beans
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1 cup snap pea pods (mine were frozen)
2 tablespoons cornstarch
3/4 cup water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1 jar peach preserves

Put chicken in crockpot, add onions and snap peas. Then mix remaining ingredients and pour into crockpot. Cook on low 6-7 hours. Serve over rice.
