Bread Machine Pizza Dough
1 cup, plus 2 Tbsp water
2 Tbsp olive oil
3 cups bread flour
2 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 1/2 tsp bread machine yeast
Place ingredients in bread machine following your machine's instructions. Use "dough" cycle.
When dough is done, divide in half. Press or roll on to two 12" greased pizza pans. Top as desired.
Bake at 400° for 18 to 20 minutes.
